Upcoming App Store price changes.

Within the next 7 to 10 days, we will change the pricing to local currency for apps and in-app purchases in the following countries.

From the current US Dollar pricing:

  • Chile (Peso)
  • Colombia (Peso)
  • Croatia (Kuna)
  • Peru (Sol)

From the current Euro pricing:

  • Bulgaria (Lev)
  • Czech Republic (Koruna)
  • Hungary (Forint)
  • Poland (Zloty)
  • Romania (Leu)

Your proceeds will also change to these currencies. If you offer auto-renewable subscriptions in these countries, they will not be interrupted. We will automatically assign a respective price for all pricing intervals for your auto-renewable subscriptions to the nearest retail available in the local currencies. Customers of auto-renewable subscriptions will receive an email informing them of the currency change.

To ensure the correct price tier is applied to your auto-renewable subscriptions, you should not make or schedule any price changes for these apps during the week of May 22, 2017.

After this transition, make sure to use the new local currency price tiers. Rights and Pricing will be updated with the new prices. You can also download the new price tiers now.

Your Sales and Trends and monthly financial reports will also be updated. For Sales and Trends, the above local currencies will be indicated for transactions after the currency change. For monthly financial reports, earnings from sales that occurred before the currency change will be in the Rest of World (USD) report for Chile, Colombia, Croatia, and Peru and Euro-Zone (EUR) report for Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Romania, and earnings from sales after the currency change will be in new reports specific to that currency.
