Updates to HDR and 4K video availability and production still image.
The iTunes Package Film Specifiction has been updated to include new tags for 4K and HDR. You can also now specify a frame to use for the production still image that will be displayed on the product page for a movie.

Single report for all currencies now available in Payments and Financial Reports.
You can now download one financial report that shows all currencies in which your movies or TV shows are sold, starting with financial data from February 2018.
iTunes Package Film Specification 5.2.19 update.
Version 5.2.19 of the iTunes Package Film Specification contains updates on HDR and 4K video availability and production still images.
iTunes Package Film Specification 5.2.18 update.
Version 5.2.18 of the iTunes Package Film Specification contains updates on HDR and 4K previews, as well as minimum storefront requirements.
Multiple Language Support Guidelines update.
Support has been added for alternative audio and subtitles for five Indian languages.
Brazil ratings update.
In order to ensure compliance with legal ratings in Brazil, we will no longer be supporting the rating of ER (L) as of August 1, 2018.
Parallax Exporter update.
The Parallax Exporter plug-in for Photoshop now includes support for Photoshop CC 2018 and exporting layered images using the Display P3 color space for Apple TV 4K.

iTunes Film Rating Codes update.
The iTunes Film Rating Codes Version 12 has been updated with new ratings for Ukraine, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

Starting March 1, 2018, supported Ukraine ratings and minimum storefront requirements will change. Make sure your movie content is updated.

Updates to the iTunes Package Film Specification and iTunes Video and Audio Asset Guide.
You can now deliver HDR video, 4K video, and use previously delivered video sources as audio files.
Minimum storefront requirements update.
Starting March 1, 2018, movie deliveries to certain countries must include a specific language in at least one of the corresponding audio or subtitle components within the feature and trailer.
Updates to Ukraine movie ratings.
In order to ensure compliance with legal ratings in Ukraine, we will no longer support ratings ДА, ЗА, and 14 as of March 1, 2018.

If you deliver content from behind a firewall, you may need to add or modify firewall rules to allow outbound and return connections for the IP addresses and ports.

Token required to access Reporter.
Starting August 10, 2017, you will no longer be able to sign in to Reporter with your Apple ID password or app-specific passwords. To continue using Reporter, generate a unique access token.
Updated ISAN value requirements for movies in Switzerland.
Due to a recent change in policy by the Swiss Federal Office of Culture, ISAN values are now only required for some movies sold in Switzerland.

The Autoingestion tool will no longer be available after December 6, 2016.

Get started with Reporter.
Download your Sales and Trends reports and your Payments and Financial reports using Reporter, a command-line tool introduced last fall. We recommend switching to Reporter, as the Autoingestion tool will no longer be available at the end of November 2016.
Audio Description files now accepted for all supported languages.
iTunes now supports Audio Description files for all currently supported languages.

Updates to the iTunes Package Film Specification.
We've updated the iTunes Package Film Specification to make it easier to manage your movies on the iTunes Store. Version 5.2.11 includes enhancements and updates to preview and chapter art images, support for EIDR, and QC code revisions.

New ratings added for Norway.
We’ve added new ratings to help categorize movies for children under 12 years of age. Starting May 23, 2016, we will not longer be supporting ratings 7, 11, and “Kun registert” for Norway.
Audio descriptions for visually-impaired customers.
An Audio Description (AD) file allows visually-impaired customers to follow the film with audio that describes the plot and what is being displayed visually on the screen. These can now be delivered as a role for the full asset.
Updated processing times for Sales and Trends.
We’re changing the way we process sales data for Asia-Pacific countries to help you get your data sooner. Now, transactions made in the territories listed will be available the next day, as opposed to two days.

Rights and Pricing batch updates.
You can now update your movie's price tiers across multiple territories at once. See the updated Movies User Guide for information on how to download the template and to find instructions on making batch updates.
Updates to the Film Specification, Movies User Guide and Movies Style Guide.
iTunes package film specification has been updated with new requirements for localized synopsis and title, component previews clarification, and minimum storefront requirements. Refer to the Movies User and Style guides for instructions.
Ratings updates for Indonesia and Norway.
To comply with legal requirements in the following countries, we will no longer be supporting ratings A, D, and R for Indonesia, and 7, 11, and Kun registert for Norway. Make sure to update current titles with these ratings.
Updates to iTunes Extras.
The new video copy feature allows you to reuse source files already sent with the core feature film, as part of your Extras package. The iTunes Extras Best Practices guide details the process of creating Extras, and outlines best practices in delivering them to iTunes.

Payments and Financial Reports on iTunes Connect has been redesigned to make it easier to view and download your monthly financial data. We’ve consolidated all the data to a single page, and you can now download several financial reports at once.

Minimum Storefront Requirements for Movie Previews.
Starting at the end of February 2016, we will add minimum language requirements for new previews. These requirements match our existing minimum storefront requirements for movies.

Territory Exclusions and Film Previews.
You can now exclude assets from particular territories by adding the end date to the territory_exclusion tag. Also, film previews can now be defined by clipping a continuous segment of a film's video and audio.
Additional security features for your Apple ID on iTunes Connect.
You can now use two-step verification or two-factor authentication with your Apple ID on iTunes Connect. Take advantage of these security features to prevent anyone from accessing or using your Apple ID, even if they know your password.
