Marketing Your Music

How do we link to our content on the iTunes Store?

You can copy a link from the iTunes Store, or simply use the Link Maker tool. To find a link within the iTunes Store, click the arrow next to the album or song Buy button, and choose Copy Link from the menu.

Links to albums and songs may vary by country or region. Be sure to use the correct iTunes Store link for the users in that country or region.

Are other linking tools available?

We have easy-to-use tools for creating widgets and banners on your website as well as tools for curating a collection within the iTunes Store. Advanced tools include our Search API and our RSS feeds of top content. Plus, our Enterprise Partner Feed provides an advanced data feed of the entire iTunes catalogue.

What is the right way to link to my content? Are there badge assets and guidelines?

You should link to the iTunes Store with our approved badges. Follow the iTunes Identity Guidelines carefully, to make sure you’re using them correctly. When creating artist links, don't reuse older links. Always create a new link using Link Maker to be sure your customers will go to the right place.
