Adjusted TV delivery deadlines.
To prepare for the holiday season, we’re adjusting our deadlines for TV shows and episodes. If you plan on releasing new content on the iTunes Store in December 2016 and January 2017, check the following TV delivery deadlines:

The standard video delivery deadline of 12 PM on the day-of-air in the local time zone for that territory stays the same for currently-airing TV episodes.
iTunes Partner Support Availability
If you have questions or need support, you can always reach out to our iTunes Partner Support team. Keep in mind that they won’t be available on the below dates, and response times on or around these dates may be delayed:
- Monday, November 21, 2016 to Friday, November 25, 2016
- Thursday, December 22, 2016 to Monday, January 2, 2017
Your access to iTunes Connect won’t be affected and you’ll still be able to deliver content with Transporter. However, we do not recommend making a large amount of deliveries or updates, such as pricing or clearance changes between December 22, 2016 and December 30, 2016.
