Apple Music Expands to Israel and Korea
August 4, 2016
We are excited to announce that Apple Music has expanded to Israel and Korea.
To make your music and music videos available in Israel, an iTunes Connect user with the Legal role must accept the terms of the latest Apple Music agreement for Europe / Middle East / Africa / CIS.
To make your music available in Korea, an iTunes Connect user with the Legal role must accept the terms of the latest Apple Music agreement for Asia Pacific.
You can find the new agreements in Agreements, Tax, and Banking.
If you currently submit music with worldwide clearances, it will be automatically cleared for Apple Music in Israel and Korea once you’ve accepted the terms of the latest agreements. You can change your clearances in My Music on iTunes Connect.
As a reminder, it is the content provider’s responsibility to make sure that the content it offers through the iTunes Store and Apple Music is legal and appropriate for the countries in which the content is cleared.
