Updates to the iTunes Package TV specification.

A TV season can now be created with XML delivery through Transporter. Before you can deliver your season and its episodes, you will still need to set up the series first on iTunes Connect. Once the series is created, you will be able to deliver season information such as season title and description, ratings and art. Rights and pricing cannot be delivered and will need to be added in iTunes Connect. Note that you will need to update your XML schema version to 5.3 to deliver a season. Starting April 1, 2019, all closed captions file will be required to have a locale. If you do not supply a locale with your captions file, your delivery will fail. Make sure to update your systems by April 1, 2019.
