Apple Music for Artists partner view

Apple Music for Artists is a web and iOS application that allows label and distributor partners to track their performance, see how fans engage with each song, album, or playlist, and understand where and how listeners are discovering their artists’ music. By using your Apple Music for Artists partner view accessed through the Measure module within iTunes Connect, you will be able to understand these metrics for your distributed music and music videos.

Access partner view

The Apple Music for Artists partner view can be accessed through the Measure module within iTunes Connect for users with Admin, Finance, Legal, or Sales roles. If you are unsure if you have access, check your role in Users and Access. The designated Admins at your organization can only manage users for the Apple Music for Artists partner view within iTunes Connect.

Managing users

To provide team members access to the Apple Music for Artists partner view, you must invite them as iTunes Connect users and assign them the appropriate role. Admin, Legal, Finance, and Sales users have access. Managing users for the Apple Music for Artists partner view is only available within iTunes Connect. Search for artists

Your Apple Music for Artists partner view will automatically give you access to view data for any artist’s music and music videos that you have delivered to Apple Music. To search for an artist’s profile, enter the artist’s name, or paste an Apple Music or iTunes Store link for their artist page in the search field. To get an artist page link, follow these steps:

Apple Music (iOS):

  1. Search for your artist in Apple Music.
  2. Tap the ellipsis in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Share Artist from the menu.
  4. Select Copy.

Apple Music (Desktop)

  1. Search for your artist in Apple Music.
  2. Click the ellipsis.
  3. Click Share > Copy Link.

The iTunes Store

  1. Search for your artist in the iTunes Store.
  2. Click the Share icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Copy Link.
